Meet the Founders
It started with a chance encounter over thirty years ago. Two entrepreneurs bonding over a shared passion that quietly became their life's work. What began as individual business pursuits evolved into a partnership built on one discovery: leaders who make an impact use a common set of specific, learnable skills that most people have simply never been taught.
Through decades of working with educators, students, coaches, entrepreneurs, and parents, Brandon and Marsh developed the Master Minds approach—not from academic theory, but from the messy, beautiful reality of human interaction. Every principle earned its place by proving itself in the real world, repeatedly, with real people facing real challenges.
Their proof? The quiet kid who becomes class president. The struggling teacher who transforms into the one students remember twenty years later. The manager everyone avoided who becomes the mentor everyone seeks out. The same nine skills, applied thousands of times, with the same result.

A self-described proof-of-concept for the skills he teaches. Brett discovered his passion for teaching when forced to lead a class as a young martial arts student—and realized connecting with people required an entirely new skill set. That discovery launched an entrepreneurial career and a lifelong commitment to teaching others the 9 Interpersonal Leadership Skills.
